Fancy joining us

We seek to represent as many as possible and membership is open to all Chester residents’ associations, right-to-manage companies and other community groups, within – and nearby – Chester city walls.

As a member you can access our services, elect members of the Exec – or, stand for membership yourself – and, perhaps most importantly, democratically vote on CRAG’s policy proposals.

The cost of membership is £25 per organisation and annual subscriptions run from 1st October until 30th September. Only paid up members have voting rights.

Benefits of membership are:

• Belonging to an umbrella organisation which is recognised by CWaC and other Chester stakeholders as a legal entity, and a non-statutory consultee
• Sharing of information, opinion and expertise – particularly with regards to planning and licensing applications, as well as traffic management schemes
• Ability to contribute to the wider ‘Chester debate’ and opportunity to shape local democracy.
